Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Introduction
1.1. This Shipping and Delivery Policy should be read in conjunction and together with the Terms of Use and the other Policies. By using the Website, you're agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use and other Policies.
1.2. For the purposes of this Policy, all capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them as set forth in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. Nothing contained in this Policy limits or excludes any rights available to you under applicable law.
2. Shipping Zones
2.1. We currently ship within India only and do not offer international delivery through the Website. We are working towards expanding delivery outside India in the future; if and when international shipping becomes available, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and any additional terms (including applicable customs duties, taxes and extended delivery timelines) will be communicated to you before you place such an order. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain locations within India, and we are at our discretion to reject delivery and/or cancel orders that are not within the reach of our delivery network. If, after acceptance of an Order, delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control or because the delivery address is subsequently found to be outside our serviceable network, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund any amount received for the affected Order or item.
3. Shipping Methods
3.1. We offer multiple shipping methods, including standard and express delivery options, to suit your convenience. The tentative delivery days are mentioned on the cart page on the website at the time of placing the order. We generally deliver orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order, depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected. All delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, with the delivery timelines above running from the date of dispatch.
Where there is a material delay in dispatch or delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed through email, SMS, telephone or other available means of communication.
3.3. Where an Order contains multiple products, we may dispatch the products in separate shipments depending on stock availability, warehouse location or operational requirements. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for such split shipments where standard shipping is otherwise free.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your Order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details with you, and you may track its status through the link/ information provided. Tracking information is provided by our logistics partners and may not always reflect real-time shipment status.
5. Delivery Charges
We currently offer free standard shipping on Orders placed through the Website within India, unless otherwise specified on the relevant product page or during checkout. We reserve the right to introduce, modify or withdraw shipping charges at any time, subject to displaying such charges before an Order is placed.
6. Product Satisfaction
We take customer satisfaction seriously, and we are committed to ensuring a good shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Availability of Products
. Dispatch and delivery of Orders are subject to product availability, operational constraints, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where any such event affects delivery timelines, we will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
8. Responsibility for Successful Shipment
8.1. At the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the shipment successfully. If you are unable to receive the shipment, please inform our customer support team in advance to reschedule the delivery. If an Order is returned to us because the Customer repeatedly failed to accept delivery or provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may require payment of applicable re-delivery charges before arranging another shipment.
8.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact details and any access instructions provided at the time of placing the Order are accurate and complete. We shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Customer.
9. Receiving Your Order
9.1. We can ship to one address per Order. To send products to multiple addresses, please place separate Orders.
9.2. Our logistics partners will ordinarily make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after such attempts, or if the shipment is refused (other than due to visible damage, an approved cancellation or any fault attributable to us), the Order may be returned to us. In such cases, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to payment of applicable re-shipping charges.
10. Damage in Transit and Passing of Title
10.1. Please inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or note it with the delivery agent, and report it within 48 hours in accordance with the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
10.2. Acceptance of a visibly damaged package without recording the damage with the delivery personnel may affect our ability to process transit damage claims, without prejudice to any rights available under applicable law.
10.3. Ownership of the product shall pass to you only upon receipt by us of full payment for the relevant Order. Risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon successful delivery of the product at the delivery address specified in your Order or to any person who accepts delivery on your behalf at such address.
